The three main parts of this park are the basketball courts, the train themed roller slide, and the playground below. There is an almost vertical slide that is popular with daredevils. Since it is located near a children’s center is gets busy after school and is popular with families on the weekends.

This is the smaller of the two dolphin parks in this book, but there is a basketball court on the opposite end of the pink dolphin. There is a rail style tarzan slide but the rope has been removed. This park fills up after school, mostly with kindergarten and elementary school children.

Akemichi Park is big and has many playground areas that include combination playgrounds and a cement slide. The lookout at the top has a wonderful panorama view.

Misato park is very popular with people of all ages. Older folks walk or jog around the mostly flat path while older kids use the skatepark and basketball court. Two large combination playgrounds have recently been added. The open field is often used for soccer and children of all ages ride their bikes around this clean and open park.

Sayori park is located near the Gushikawa Sports Depo and Nitori. The main attraction is the tree house but there are also swings, a tube slide, and a tarzan rope.

Koza Athletic Park has a huge cement slide, giant climbing nets and two playground areas on both sides of the cement slide. The park is big, so if you are just interested in the playground you can drive straight there and park along the road.

Yaeshima is an old park that keeps expanding and re-inventing itself. The park makes good use of the hill terrain and has lots of fun slides and the other playground equipment on the flat areas. It gets somewhat crowded on the weekends, but even when there is a concert in the hall next to the park there is usually enough parking.

The name comes from the manta on the bathroom but its main attraction is the long roller slide and the cement slide beneath. There is also a sandbox and playground equipment. It is located next to a large government housing complex and it is lively almost any day of the week, day or night.

This park is located next to an elementary school and has something for almost any age. The basketball court attracts junior high to high school students, while the playground and open fields are filled with little kids. The whales at the entrance and the unique bathroom add charm to this fun park.
